Resource mobilization

Achieving universal health coverage requires strategic health financing interventions that both mobilize new resources and optimize existing ones efficiently, equitably, and accountably. We collaborate with national and state-level health authorities, assisting in identifying and addressing resource allocation gaps with a focus on achieving self-sufficiency.

Policy and Governance

Operating at the nexus of policy actors, non-health entities, and civil society, we work to mobilize high-level political commitments around a shared vision. Our role includes supporting public health authorities' leadership, enhancing stewardship of the national response. Our support ranges from formulating national commitments and policy goals to developing country strategies, accountability mechanisms/structures, and fostering effective policy dialogues with other sectors. One of the way we do this is by bringing together diverse actors and perspectives, and curating dialogues that surface hard truths and daring ideas to transform the status of healthcare on the African continent.

Programmatic Excellence

In collaboration with public sector agencies, we specialize in revitalizing strategies, adapting to trends, and expanding into new areas. Our expertise encompasses crafting comprehensive strategies for new programs, conducting root cause analyses, and ensuring the efficient launch and implementation of initiatives. From shaping theories of change to providing operational support, we ensure the success of programs in diverse landscapes.

Data and Evidence

We specialize in transforming data challenges into actionable insights for organizations, facilitating informed decision-making and continuous improvement. Through collaborative efforts, we optimize data streams to deliver timely, relevant insights without disrupting existing processes. Our tailored solutions enhance data generation speed, quality, and cost-effectiveness, while clear visualization techniques ensure strategic clarity for decision-makers. Additionally, our evaluation services provide transparent, robust judgments on effectiveness and impact, guiding program strategies and resource allocation. From project-level to global portfolio evaluations, our evaluation services provide transparent, robust judgments on effectiveness and impact, guiding program strategies and resource allocation.
